Решение Верховного суда Великобритании, уполномочивающее душеприказчика по завещанию приступить к его исполнению и распределению собственности согласно воле покойного. Если покойный не оставил завещания или не указал душеприказчика, управляющие/опекуны его собственности должны получить судебные полномочия на управление имуществом умершего (letters of administration).
