длительность пауз при речи
Период времени, в течение которого уровень речевого сигнала близок к нулю (паузы между слогами, словами или предложениями, а также паузы в разговоре). Паузы между слогами - это промежутки времени, свойственные для процесса артикуляции. Такие промежутки являются краткими, приблизительно до 350 мс, и не заметны для слушающего. Эти паузы следует рассматривать как фрагмент активной речи при разговоре и, следовательно, включать в измерение уровня речи. Паузы в разговоре, как правило, длиннее. Осознанно или неосознанно, слушающий их заметит, и их следует исключать из измерения уровня речи, поскольку они не влияют на субъективную громкость речи. В случае исключения таких пауз считается, что измерение выполнено при "активном" говорящем. (МСЭ-Т P.10/ G.100).
