Чикаго и аналогичных колоний в Нью-Йорке (1886), Бостоне (1891) и других городах. В 1912 социальный раздел программы Прогрессивной партии [ Progressive Party] был разработан комитетом по трудовым нормам Национальной конференции благотворительных и исправительных обществ [National Conference of Charities and Correction], возглавлявшейся Дж.
