Nota d'usoIl sostantivo voto nel senso di risultato scolastico non si traduce con “vote”, ma con “mark” (in inglese britannico) o con “grade” (in inglese americano): Ho preso un brutto voto nel test, I got a bad mark (o grade) in the test (non I got a bad vote in the test). “Vote”, invece, significa voto elettorale: Penso che prenderà molti voti, I think he will get a lot of votes. -
