[`letəbɔm]комп без бомба в письме, почтовая бомба.▫ Часть электронного письма ( e-mail), содержащая активные данные ( live data) и посланная с вредоносной целью на машину или терминал получателя. Для примера, возможна посылка почтовых бомб, блокирующих терминал при просмотре так, что пользователю придётся перегрузить компьютер, чтобы восстановить его нормальную работоспособность. Под UNIX П.б. может попытаться заставить среду интерпретировать какие-л. свои части как команду почтовой программе ( Mailer).
