1. Товарный обмен (product swap) - обмен одного товара на другой. См. Barter. 2. Процентный своп (interest-rate swap). Соглашение об обмене процентными платежами по кредитам, разным по условиям, но одинаковым по сумме в одной валюте. Например, компания, имеющая обязательства с плавающей процентной ставкой, ожидает ее повышения. Другая компания, имеющая обязательства с фиксированной ставкой, предполагает, что процентные ставки упадут.
