Nota d'usoI sostantivi adversary e opponent possono essere entrambi tradotti con “avversario”, ma possiedono sfumature di significato diverse. Opponent significa “avversario” in senso sportivo, che compete per vincere, non per nuocere all'altra persona: My opponent was very good, il mio avversario era molto bravo.
