Гольджи аппарат, Г. комплекс — органелла эукариотической клетки, выявляемая при электронной микроскопии как комплекс, состоящий из плотно упакованных широких полостей и малых пузырьков. Г. а. в отличие от эндоплазматического ретикулума (см. Эндоплазматическая сеть) лишен рибосом. Функции Г. а. заключаются в сборе (грануляции) продуктов секреции, модификации белков (гликозилирование, фосфорилирование и т. д.), образовании лизосом, синтезе некоторых полисахаридов и в формировании клеточной мембраны.
