товарный брокер
Брокер (broker), который проводит сделки с товарами (commodities), особенно тот, который ведет операции на товарном рынке (Commodity market) от имени принципалов (см. также: futures contract (фьючерсный контракт)). Правила совершения сделок, принятые на каждом из товарных рынков, варьируются в зависимости от товара, так же как могут варьироваться и функции брокеров на различных товарных рынках. На некоторых из рынков брокер может не упоминать имени своего принципала, на других рынках указание имени принципала обязательно, а на третьих рынках брокерам позволяется самим выступать в роли принципалов. Товарные брокеры, в отличие от тех, кто совершает операции с металлами, часто называются сырьевыми брокерами (produce brokers).
