танцы на льду
Вид фигурного катания, в котором фигуристы исполняют танец. Танцы на льду — единственный вид соревнований, где разрешено использовать музыку с вокалом, при этом танцоры должны строго придерживаться музыкального ритма и ярко выражать характер музыки. Соревнования в танцах на льду состоят из двух программ: короткого танца и произвольного танца.

ice dance
Skating event in which two skaters perform a choreographed dance. Ice dance is the only event that allows the use of music with vocals. Dancers adhere closely to the rhythm of the music and express the character of the music with appropriate emotion and feeling. Ice dance competitions consist of two programs: the short program and the free dance.
