Биржа, созданная в Лондоне в 1980 г., на которой заключаются срочные сделки (futures contracts) и опционы (options) (включая свободно обращающиеся опционы) с нефтью (газойль, сырая нефть с месторождения Брент, тяжелая топливная нефть) и имеются возможности обмена срочной сделки на наличную (см.: actuals (наличные товары)). Биржа имеет 35 членов и расположена в Доке Св. Катерины вместе с Лондонской биржей форвардных контрактов с опционом аннулирования. Биржа пользуется услугами, предоставляемыми Лондонской клиринговой палатой (London Clearing House).
