Событие, результатом которого является непредусмотренное отключение цепи выключателем, как в результате повреждения в энергосистеме, отличающегося от расчетного для защиты, так и при отсутствии повреждения, а также отключение цепи выключателем из-за повреждения вспомогательного оборудования или ошибки человека.
