МПК предоставляет техническую информацию, консультативную помощь и управленческую поддержку. Технический персонал МПК делится с организаторами функциональными знаниями и примерами положительного опыта прошедших Паралимпийских игр, подробно разъясняет обязательные задачи и обеспечивает организаторов соответствующими материалами. Целью МПК является создание духа командной работы и регулярного обмена информацией и знаниями, что помогает правильно оценивать особенности и успешно разрешать проблемы, связанные с организацией и проведением Паралимпийских игр.
