settlement date settlement day расчетный день: 1) дата фактического перевода денежных средств через платежную систему, когда они становятся доступными для использования (обычно в тот же или на следующий день); 2) любой рабочий день в конце месяца поставки по фьючерскому контракту, когда производятся окончательные расчеты (осуществляются оплата и поставка); 3) день расчета по сделке с ценными бумагами (осуществляются оплата и поставка); в США это обычно 5-й день после заключения сделки по акциям и облигациям, следующий день - по опционам и правительственным облигациям; с 1995 г. в США начали вводить расчет по акциям и облигациям на 3-й день после заключения сделки; в Великобритании по государственным ценным бумагам - следующий день, по акциям - 7-й день после завершения операционного периода на бирже; см. account 3;regular way delivery;T+3;3) = declaration day 2; 4) = account day. -
