Цена, устанавливаемая в результате переговоров покупателя и продавца; может быть твердая (фиксированная), устанавливаемая окончательно в момент подписания контракта, или с последующей фиксацией уровня в момент, определенный контрактом. Обычно цена, фиксируемая в контракте, является ценой реальных сделок и поэтому представляет наиболее достоверную информацию о ценах; как правило, является коммерческой тайной.
