косвенное прикосновение
Прикосновение человека или животного к открытым проводящим частям, оказавшимся под напряжением в условиях повреждения.
Под косвенным прикосновением в нормативной и правовой документации понимают факт появления электрического контакта между человеком или животным и открытыми проводящими частями электрооборудования, которые оказались под напряжением из-за повреждения основной изоляции опасных токоведущих частей. В таких условиях и человек, и животные, прикоснувшиеся к открытым проводящим частям, могут быть поражены электрическим током.
Для защиты человека и животных от косвенного прикосновения в электроустановках зданий широко применяют такую меру защиты, как автоматическое отключение питания, а также используют другие электрозащитные меры.
