конструктивные модели спроса и потребления
Экономико-математические модели, используемые в планировании и прогнозировании спроса и потребления (наряду с аналитическими и структурными, т.е. балансовыми моделями). В основе таких моделей лежат уравнения бюджета потребителей. Так называется уравнение, выражающее очевидное равенство общего расхода (что то же самое — объема потребления) и суммы произведений количества (потребления) каждого товара на его цену: где i=1, 2, …, m, — номера рассматриваемых видов благ, Z — объем потребления, qi — размер потребления i-го блага, pi — цена i-го блага (товара или услуги), m — количество разных видов благ. Модели бюджетов потребителей играют важную роль в планировании потребления. Известный всем прожиточный минимум — одна из таких моделей. Отечественными экономистами разрабатываются рациональные бюджеты, основанные на научных нормах потребления, прежде всего пищевых продуктов. Изучаются перспективные бюджеты (например, так называемый бюджет достатка и др.). Эти модели учитывают различные факторы, в частности, климатические особенности жизни тех или иных групп населения, что, естественно, сказывается на объеме потребления топлива, одежды, продуктов питания и др. Учитываются также национальные традиции и привычки, профессиональные особенности потребления и т.д.
