выдувка доменной печи
Операция освобождения от шихтовых материалов и продуктов плавки рабочего пространства домен. печи для ее капит. ремонта. За 10—12 суток до в. д. п. в ней начинают выплавлять марганцовистый чугун (1,2—1,8 % Мn), уменьшая при этом основность шлака. За сутки до в. д. п. прекращают загрузку флюса и офлюсованной шихты, а за 14-15 ч. - рудной части шихты. При этом печь переводят на атм. дутье, снижают давл. на колошнике до норм. и уменьшают расход дутья. Уровень шихты опускают до горизонта возд. фурм или на 1—2 м выше него, после чего из печи выпускают чугун сначала из обычной чугун, летки (последний выпуск чугуна), а затем выпускают козловой чугун из дополнит, леток ниже оси чугунных леток на 2,5-3,0 м.
После выпуска чугуна прекращают подачу в печь дутья и воды, снимают сопла фурменных приборов, фурмы забивают глиной и возобновляют подачу воды (на 8—10 ч) до полного остывания печи.
