Орган власти, представляющий МПК. В его обязанности входят утверждение политики и дальнейшая разработка и контроль стратегического направления и целей, определенных Генеральной ассамблеей. В число ключевых ролей Правления входят:
• утверждение программы Паралимпийских игр (видов спорта, дисциплин и мероприятий);
• утверждение ключевых принципов или стратегий, разработанных ОКОИ (например, сервисных уровней и т.п.);
• решение вопросов, связанных с Играми, имеющих политический характер и влияющих на имидж, финансы или правила Паралимпийского движения.

IPC governing board (GB)
IPC Governing Board has the authority to represent the IPC. Its responsibilities include the approval of policies and the further development and supervision of the strategic direction and goals defined by the General Assembly. Some of the key roles of the Governing Board are to:
• approve the Paralympic program (sports, disciplines and events)
• approve key policies or strategies proposed by the OCOG (e.g. service levels, etc.)
• address the Games issues of political nature impacting on the image, finances or rules of the Paralympic Movement.
