пуансон
1. Верхняя деталь набора для штамповки, которая входит в нижнюю деталь набора — матрицу. Крепится к держателю или монтируется в сборке с матрицей для центровки.
2. В вытяжных штампах двойного действия, это — внутренняя часть верхнего штампа, которая крепится на плунжере и производит вытяжку.
3. Осуществляет пробивание или прошивку отверстия.
4. Подвижный инструмент, который вдавливает материал в форму при прессовании порошков и других операциях формовки металла.
5. Подвижная деталь пресса для обрубки заусенцев от горизонтально ковочной машины.
6. Инструмент, который выдавливает металл через матрицу при волочении стержней или труб и формирует внутреннюю поверхность.
пуансон
Рабочий элемент штампа, охватываемый штампуемым материалом при штамповке и (или) являющийся подвижным. При штамповке пуансон непосредственно давит на заготовку, находящуюся во второй части штампа — матрице. При прессовании пуансон передает давление через пресс-шайбу на заготовку, выдавливаемую через матрицу. Для съема изделия или отхода с пуансона применяют съемник штампа, а для центрирования и крепления пуансона — пуансонодержатель.
